For this project, we had to create our own menu, and it could have been any theme/style. I choose to go for a more modern/elegant theme. I choose the title The Swan Palace, because to me swans are very elegant birds and are seen as very pretty, up kept birds. That is why I also choose the swan as the logo for the menu as well.
