Tempura Miyashiro - Tokyo, Japan
天婦羅 みやしろ
This menu begins with saki-tsuke, an appetizer, and continues with three shrimp tempura courses: deep-fried shrimp heads and bodies, and nori-wrapped rice with deep-fried shrimp. 12 different tempura courses and a unique soup made with the bones of the fish are what you are going to find here. More on the high end, but worth every yen.

Menya Musashi - Shinjuku, Japan
The main menu follows the concept of “two-sword style”, featuring two categories of Japanese food, Noodles (Ramen or Tsukemen) and Tonkatsu. For each bowl, the noodles are topped with two large pieces of braised pork belly and Tokatsu to create a feast in one bowl. The noodle soup is a combination of both pork bone broth and seafood.
